ABG CNC Water jet Cutting Machine
A water Jet machine is used for cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water . This machine works based on a powerful water pump . High pressure water is then ejected from a narrow nozzle . At the same time , an abrasive material is mixed with water . High pressure water as a carrier of abrasive substance , eject it from nuzzle . In fact , high speed of abrasive material caused erosion on the workpiece and cut it finally. CNC cutting machine works as controller of the nozzle and its fine movement made possible by the system software.
These machines are made in different models . ABG is one of those models . This model is an advanced machine to answer to all cutting needs . The optimized software for arrangement causes less expensive wastes . Also, replacement of production drawings is very easy . So the machine can be configured for production of different parts.
As we know , optimal using of time and facilities for manufacturing has been the permanent concern of any industrial unit. But today, two other concerns seem necessary for success of industrial units :
1) decreasing wastes .
2) production flexibility.
ABG machines produced using ball screws and enjoy significant precision mechanism . But producing them in large size is not possible . It should be mentioned that this model enjoys the most modern control motors i.e. AC Servo Motors .
