Since 1998 ; Topcncmachine mission is to provide customers with the best cutting equipment and service in the industry. We continuously devote more resources to engineering of cutting and  Engraving equipments than any other company in the world. A commitment that has led to many metal cutting innovations. Innovations like oxygen injected cutting,. It’s why Topcncmachine systems consistently outperform the competition in cut quality, productivity, and operating costs. And why our customers can cut with confidence.

And not just any products; the most reliable, most consistent, highest performance products on the market. It’s a focus we’ve had for more than 15 years and it has served us and our customers well, but we know it is only a small part of our success.
Associates
We know the key reason for our success is our Associates. Topcncmachine is an Associate-owned company and it is our Associate owners who are constantly working to make Topcncmachine products better than any other cutting product out there. It is our Associates who are constantly searching for ways to be more productive and efficient, and our Associates who have made Topcncmachine the company it is today.

Our vision and culture also includes a real focus on corporate social responsibility. We believe every company has an obligation to care for the community and the environment in which it does business. This belief is an important part of our culture and forms the basis of the Topcncmachine program and our environmental sustainability initiatives which include a commitment to producing zero landfill waste by 2022.

Wherever you live in the world, there’s a good chance you’ll find Topcncmachine. We design and build all our products in the IRAN but have a presence in more than 30 countries. Our knowledgeable sales team spends most of their time not in an office, but out in the field, meeting and consulting with our customers. And our global network of channel partners provide expert sales and service, no matter where you are.

World class manufacturing
First time visitors to our IRAN headquarters often comment on our manufacturing operations. Most can’t believe how clean and well-organized our production facility is, or how carefully we assemble and test our products to ensure every engineering specification – such as machining our genuine consumables within process control limits eight times tighter than the diameter of a human hair – is met. At Topcncmachine though, it is simply what happens when you follow LEAN and Six-sigma methodologies as passionately as we do. A team of Six-sigma black and green belts continuously work to drive improvements across our organization: looking for ways to optimize our manufacturing process, make our products better, and pass the savings on to you.

Environmental Stewardship
One of Topcncmachine’s long-standing Core Values is a focus on the environment. In a recent survey of our worldwide Associates 89% of us felt that it is Topcncmachine ‘s responsibility to help reduce our impact on the environment. We aspire to become leaders in environmental stewardship – as a global community of over 1,000 Associate-Owners, as a supplier of products and services to thousands of customers worldwide, as a IRAN. manufacturer, as an engineering community of metal-cutting solutions.
As a company, we have an inevitable effect on the environment. Topcncmachine manufactures products that utilize electricity and consume additional parts throughout their useful life. We get parts and materials for those products from mostly near, but sometimes far, bring them to TEHRAN to make and test them using electricity, water, and chemicals, and ship them back around the world to our thousands of Customers. While the fact that we have an impact is inevitable, the depth of that impact is not inevitable. We are working to become better environmental stewards; it is a process we care deeply about.
As with anything we do at Topcncmachine, we want our environmental initiatives to be Associate-owned, to create best-in-class leadership, to be measurable, and, above all, to create positive change.

For the past decade we’ve had a “Green Team” of volunteer Associates driving grassroots change and focus. In recent years this group has grown and our company-wide focus on the environment has grown even stronger.
